This draft of technical regulation applies to the fruit of the cultivated olive tree (Olea europaea L.), as defined in Section 3, which has been suitably treated or processed, and which is offered for direct consumption as table olives, including for catering purposes or olives packed in bulk containers which are intended for repacking into consumer size containers. It does not apply to the product when indicated as being intended for further processing. Contact us for more details.
