Turkish Food Codex Regulation Amendment on Materials and Articles in Contact with Food

This draft Regulation lifts the ban on the use of recycled plastics in food contact materials and articles and  sets  out  rules  for  the  reprocessing  of  plastic  cuttings,  scraps,  and  similar  by-products.  Also references to the legislation and the names of the Ministries have been adjusted according to the current situation.
