1. Cosmetics Registration
2. Cosmetics Establishments Licenses
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has recently made an announcement regarding the registration of cosmetics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The SFDA has stated that starting from 30th March 2023, all cosmetics registration and cosmetics establishment licenses are to be processed via the Ghad platform.
In addition to cosmetics registration, the SFDA has also stated that all establishments that are currently registered in the eCosma platform will be required to move their registrations to the Ghad platform immediately. This is to ensure that all establishments are registered through the same platform and to maintain consistency in the registration process.
Overall, the move to register cosmetics through the Ghad platform is a positive step towards digitization and streamlining of government services in KSA. It is expected to make the registration process more efficient and effective, benefiting both businesses and consumers.
