GSO 12/DS/2063:2022 Cosmetic Products – Hair Conditioner (Balsam)

This Gulf standard specified with the requirement of hair conditioner which used for hair wet to facilitate the demobilization and give it a distinctive luster.

Purpose:

Updating the standard clauses and removing inconsistencies with regulation GSO 1943.

Main Changes:

Added under chemical requirements: "4.3 pH number shall be according to GSO Technical Regulation GSO 1943 “Cosmetic Products – Safety Requirements of Cosmetic and Personal Care Products"".
