The General Organization for Veterinary Services (GOVS) at the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation (MoALR) requires that imports of meat, poultry, and their products, milk and dairy products be accompanied by a Halal certificate issued by the relevant certification bodies in the exporting countries as determined by General Organization for Veterinary Services (GOVS).
