Saudi Arabia has amended its Rules on Imports from other GCC Countries, Excluding Goods made in Free Zones or with Israeli Inputs

The ministerial decision published in the Saudi Official Gazette Umm Al-Qura (SE:3005) stated that all goods manufactured in the free zones in the zone will not be considered locally manufactured.

According to the decree, goods that contain an ingredient manufactured or produced in Israel or manufactured by companies wholly or partly owned by Israeli investors or companies included in the Arab boycott agreement relating to Israel will be excluded.
