Veterinary Health Certificate for Exportation of
Treated Raw Materials for the Production of Gelatine  and Collagen Intended for  Human Consumption  to the  Republic of Türkiye

Rules,  procedures  and  models  relating  to  veterinary  health certificates  are  laid  down  by  the  Ministry  of  Agriculture  and  Forestry  in  accordance  with paragraph 7 of Article 31 of Law No. 5996.

With this amendment, the certificates used in trade before have been updated. A separate certificate has been prepared for treated raw materials for the production of gelatine and collagen  intended  for  human  consumption.  The  amendments  do  not  bring  any  additional requirement to the current health conditions.

Raw  materials  allowed  for  the  production  of  gelatine  and  collagen  intended  for  human consumption  must  be  derived  from  hides  and  skins  of  domestic  and  farmed  ruminant animals and the fish skins and bones derived from plants that produce fishery products for human consumption which are authorized for export.
