Date of Publishing: 27/04/2026            Affected Region: Jordan

The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply, mandates new regulatory requirements for the distribution and sale of energy drinks. It requires commercial establishments to physically separate energy drinks from other beverages and juices in display areas. Furthermore, retailers must place a visible warning label on all refrigerators and shelves stating that the sale and consumption of these products are prohibited for individuals under the age of 18, accompanied by a specific age-restriction symbol.

Market inspectors are tasked with monitoring these venues to ensure full compliance with these public health and safety standards. Contact us for more details.
