    These foods are not included in the other food categories and should be considered on a case-by-case basis. Prepared foods are mixtures of multiple components (e.g. meat, sauce, grain, cheese, vegetables); the components are included in other food categories. Prepared foods require minimal preparation by the consumer (e.g. heating, thawing, rehydrating). Provisions for additives will be listed in this food category in the GSFA only if the additive is needed: 
        (i) solely to have a technological function in the prepared food as sold to the consumer, or 
        (ii) at a use level that has an intentional technological function in the prepared food that exceeds the use level that can be accounted for by carry-over from the individual components.

Accounts will be automatically renewed based on the selected membership plan to the next period till manually stopped or canceled.

You will receive an email with the invoice, once our system auto-renews your membership plan.

Look to the top right of any page on the RAQAM website (Make sure you are logged in), and click the “My Profile” button. You can find your invoices and receipts in the “Invoice and Bills” tab.

Once you select your target countries and categories of interest, place the order. If your application is approved, you will receive an email with the quotation and the payment link to subscribe within 1 working day. For more information contact us.

You can upgrade or edit your membership plan by navigating to the subscription tab of your profile.

  1. Open your profile from the right side of the website navigation bar.
  2. Open the subscription tab in your profile.
  3. Enter the subscription plan that you are subscribed for. Click on the option for “manage subscription” on the left side of your screen.
  4. Select the countries, categories, subscription tier (premium or basic), and payment (monthly or yearly) then click order.
  5. After we review your request, we will send you a new email with the quotation and link for the payment.
  6. After you have done the payment. You can access your new subscription content.

Your membership will be automatically renewed upon confirmation of payment as per the last payment method.

You can cancel our membership plan at any time using the cancellation request button on your quotation tab. After you request the cancellation of your membership plan, your membership will continue till the end of the pre-paid period, but your subscription will not automatically renew.
