Draft Decree for the Regulation of Marketed Sauces under Law No. 28-07

This draft decree is part of the application of Law No.28-07, relating to the safety of food products and essentially aims to:


- Establish a regulatory framework for marketed emulsified and non-emulsified sauces.

- Provide for orders which establish the names under which sauces can be marketed as well as their corresponding characteristics.

- Define the terms of labelling and presentation for sale of marketed sauces.
