This standard is concerned with wheat flours, enriched wheat flour and processed wheat flour intended for direct human consumption and prepared from common wheat (triticum aestivum L.), trilobite wheat (triticum compactum host or a mixture therof, which is ready and packaged for sale to the consumer or intended for use in other food products. This standard does not include the following: Any product prepared from durum wheat, triticum durum desf alone or mixed with other types of wheat, wheat flour intended for use as a leavening ingredient or for the manufacture of starch and/or gluten, wheat flour for industrial non-food use, flour with reduced protein content or which has been subjected after the milling process to aspecial treatment other than drrying and/or which ingredients other than those mentioned in clauses 11.5 and 12.5
