Under the Law 38-2009 of June 30, 2009 relating to the national standardization system and Decree No. 2011-1083 of July 21, 2011 on procedures for development, approval, revision and cancellation of Tunisian standards and in application of the "Code of practice for the Preparation, Adoption and Application of standards" of the WTO (World Trade Organization), the tunisian draft standards adopted within technical standardization committees are subject to public inquiry for a two months period beginning from the date of publication of the official of standardization.
